In Stock Orders

Shipping costs for In Stock Orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. Orders for items in stock will generally ship within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

Preorders and Split Shipments

Due to varying item availability and manufacturer release dates on preorders, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments.

Since preorder items are shipped as they become available and may be shipped at separate times, you may receive multiple invoices for each order. Whenever possible we will combine several items onto one invoice. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately, and you can use Track My Order to see if the rest of your order is on its way.

Shipping to Your Workplace

We recommend using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are a number of benefits:

• Convenience: You won't need to be at home to accept a delivery, nor will you need to retrieve your package from the carrier's location.
• Privacy: Helps keep gifts a secret.
• Security: Packages won't be left unattended.
• Safety: Packages won't be left out where they can be damaged by bad weather or outdoor pets.
• Time savings: Receive packages directly and personally.
• Positive environmental impact: Carriers are delivering to your office anyway which saves them from driving to your home as well.

Please check your office policy to see if personal deliveries are permitted, then consider shipping your next order to your workplace address.

Shipping to a Different Address

You can keep multiple addresses in your account so that you can ship packages to your home or to your work address. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can send it directly to the recipient.
