Our personal goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If any item does not meet your expectations we will furnish an exact replacement or will make a full refund of the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

We realize the importance of factory packaging relative to the perceived value of a collectible item but cannot assure a perfect package every time. In the event of defective packaging, we will make every effort to obtain original factory packaging for a replacement, but this option is not always possible.

We will process all claims for defective or damaged merchandise, replacements and exchanges as quickly as possible.

Prior to returning the merchandise, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must be attained from one of our customer service representatives by calling 952-292-4951 within 15 days of the shipping invoice date.

This number will need to be clearly referenced on the outside of the shipping box and must be returned pre-paid freight within 10 business days after the RMA number is issued.

Unauthorized packages without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.

The item must be returned intact with all factory packaging and any instructions or certificates included. Diecast collectibles will not be accepted for return if the item is not in original saleable condition or shows signs of abuse.

Shipping, insurance and delivery charges are non-refundable.
